A cozy stay with charm

The Palm Court Motel exudes vintage charm with immaculate cleanliness and friendly owners. The pool was refreshing, and the provided beach gear made our days out even more fun.

However, the room's air conditioning was uneven, leaving the living area uncomfortably warm while the bedroom felt chilly. I wished for better temperature control during our stay.

the check in was so uncomfortable, standing in a hot outer office. how quaint. the one AC unit was absolutely inadequate, freezing in the bedroom while the living area felt like an oven. i woudl ve been much more pleased if they woudl have offered an upgrade or a complimentary drink for the trouble. almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

Loved the little touches like beach gear provided. The owners really showed they care about the place. Enjoyed clean, cozy rooms and a great pool for relaxing. Definitely a gem to revisit!

All fine, but uneven AC

I had a lovely stay for one night in 2023. The room was charming and cozy with a nice kitchenette, just like having a mini apartment! The clean pool was a highlight after a long day of biking. The only downside was the small bathroom in the studio. Would totally come back!

We had a wonderful time exploring the nearby bike trails, while the owner graciously provided us with everything for a perfect beach day, including beach gear. Their friendly service made our anniversary extra special. Be sure to enjoy the nearby restaurants for delightful meals during your visit!

Free Wi-Fi and parking were great. The outdoor pool was refreshing. No paper towels in the kitchen, though.

The studio apt with a queen bed was cozy and had a nice kitchenette, which felt very homey. The bed was super comfortable, and everything was spotless. Some little touches like the beach gear made it easier for days out, but the bathroom was a bit cramped. Overall, it was a cute place, just a little tight on space in the bathroom.

The air conditioning units are surprisingly loud, potentially disrupting sleep, especially while trying to settle down after a day out. Additionally, the unit's design offers limited privacy as the one-story layout allows for views into the parking lot and neighboring rooms. Although the decor holds a nostalgic vibe, the mismatch in furnishings might not appeal to everyone.
